This is a one-day online course to help you understand anxiety and learn strategies and techniques on how to manage anxieties more effectively.
The course overview is as follows:
- Introduction to anxiety
- Where anxiety comes from
- Techniques to manage anxiety
- How to use the techniques
It will be delivered via Zoom in a lecture style. Microphones are muted but there will be discussion breaks between each section where mics can be unmuted, and questions can be asked. There is also a live chat feed throughout.
Starts at 10am and finishes at 4pm.
There will be 3 breaks during the day, midmorning, lunch, and mid-afternoon.
